Housekeeping
Matthew Terrace residents enjoy a weekly housekeeping service. Residents report loving the feeling of coming home to a clean apartment—without having to lift a hand—and the camaraderie of the cleaning staff and maintenance staff, who are on call to provide assistance from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on weekdays.
Maintenance
The Thornton Oaks facilities crew works year-round: planting, pruning, mulching, mowing, raking, shoveling and snow-plowing—keeping driveways cleared and properties pristine. They also service home appliances and maintain the plumbing and heating systems.
Of course, cottage owners who take pleasure in maintaining their own gardens are welcome to do so. Raised beds are also available for Matthew Terrace residents with a green thumb.
